油性切削液的应用问题解决大全

  1使用油基切削液时,为什么会冒油烟甚至起火?
 
  这是油基切削液在使用过程中普遍存在的问题,其主要原因是切削过程中的高温和高负荷。如果油基切削液成分相对较轻,闪点较低,会产生油烟甚至着火。解决办法是使用成分重、闪点高的油基切削液。如果效果不佳,则应使用水基切削液。
 
  2为什么操作者在一段时间后会使用油性皮肤液?
 
  引起皮炎和过敏的原因很多,比如手部肿胀或脱皮,或眼睛刺激,程度因人而异。由于长期使用油基切削液,一些人的体质对石化产品过敏。如果大多数人都有皮炎和过敏,可能是因为油脂中芳香烃含量超标,对皮肤角质层有影响;另一个可能的原因是油脂的提炼深度不够,油脂呈酸性或碱性,会腐蚀人体皮肤。此时,必须及时更换优质切削油。
 
  三。为什么油切削液使用一段时间后,工件出现生锈现象?
 
  油基切削液的耐蚀性较差,这可能是由于极压添加剂在油基切削液中的反应和分解所致。例如,含氯添加剂在有微量水的情况下会导致水解,并导致生锈;也有因机械加工零件储存和储存不当以及环境恶劣而导致的生锈。具体解决方案如下:
 
  (1)改变切削油的种类,选择合适的切削液;
 
  (2)添加防锈剂可以提高油切削液的防锈性能;

  The corrosion resistance of oil-based cutting fluid is poor,which may be due to the reaction and decomposition of extreme pressure additives in the oil-based cutting fluid.For example,chlorine containing additives cause hydrolysis in the presence of trace water and cause rust;there are also rust caused by poor storage and storage of machined parts and poor environment.Specific solutions are as follows:
 
  (1)Change the type of cutting oil and select the appropriate cutting fluid;
