切削液过滤器怎么清洗




 磨削加工是轴承加工的后期工序,直接影响轴承产品的精度、性能和使用寿命。在加工过程中,冷却液对防止工件烧伤,提高工件表面精度和粗糙度,提高工件和机床的防锈能力,延长刀具和机床的使用寿命起着非常重要的作用。因此,合理使用和维护磨削液对轴承加工至关重要。

 1切削液的作用
 
 在轴承加工过程中,湿式加工可大大提高刀具的切削能力和使用寿命,提高产品精度,降低废品率。在湿法加工中使用切削液的主要优点是
 
 1)润滑:切削液能润滑刀具,提高刀具的切削能力;
 
 2)冷却效果:一定流量的切削液可以移动切割带,从而降低刀具的温度;
 
 3)冲屑功能:切屑液能将切屑冲洗干净,落入排屑槽内排出。同时,还可以利用切削液实现槽内切屑的液压排屑;
 
 4)提高工件表面粗糙度:切削液冲走加工表面的铁屑,不会划伤加工表面,从而提高粗糙度;
 
 5)减少腐蚀:选用合适的切削液,可防止工件、机床导轨腐蚀;
 
 4.2维护
 
 为了延长乳化液的使用寿命,除了选择合适的质量和合理使用冷却液外,切削液的维护也是一个非常重要的因素。切削液的保养主要包括以下几项:
 
 (1)为保证液体循环回路畅通,及时清除金属屑、金属粉末、模具粘液、切削液本身分解、砂轮灰等,以免堵塞。
 
 (2)抑制抗菌切削液(尤其是乳状液)的生长是非常重要的。切削液使用过程中,应定期检查细菌含量,并及时采取相应措施。
 
 (3)切削液中的金属粉末和浮油应及时清除,消除细菌滋生环境。
 
 (4)定期检查切削液的pH值,如有较大变化,应及时采取相应措施。
 
 (5)及时补充切削液。由于在回收过程中,由于飞溅、雾化、蒸发以及加工材料和切屑的携带,切削液会不断消耗,因此应及时添加新的切削液,以保证系统内循环液总量不变。

 1.The function of cutting fluid
 
 In the bearing processing process,wet machining can greatly improve the cutting ability and service life of the tool,improve the product accuracy and reduce the reject rate.The main advantages of using cutting fluid in wet machining are
 
 1)Lubrication:the cutting fluid can lubricate the tool and improve the cutting ability of the tool;
 
 2)Cooling effect:a certain flow of cutting fluid can move the cutting strip,thus reducing the temperature of the tool;
 
 3)Chip flushing function:the chip liquid can wash off the chip and fall into the chip removal groove to drain away.At the same time,the chip removal in the groove can also be realized by using the cutting fluid to realize the hydraulic chip removal;
 
 4)Improve the surface roughness of the workpiece:the cutting fluid washes away the iron chips on the processing surface,which will not scratch the processing surface,so as to improve the roughness;
 
 5)Reduce corrosion:select the appropriate cutting fluid,can prevent the workpiece,machine tool guide rail corrosion;
 
 4.2 maintenance
 
 In order to prolong the service life of emulsion,the maintenance of cutting fluid is also a very important factor besides the selection of proper quality and rational use of coolant.The maintenance of cutting fluid mainly includes the following items:
 
 (1)to ensure the smooth flow of the liquid circulation circuit,timely remove the metal chips,metal powder,mold mucus,decomposition of cutting fluid itself,grinding wheel ash,etc.in order to avoid blockage.
 
 (2)it is very important to inhibit the growth of antibacterial cutting fluid(especially emulsion).During the use of cutting fluid,the bacterial content should be checked regularly and corresponding measures should be taken in time.
 
 (3)the metal powder and floating oil in the cutting fluid should be removed in time to eliminate the bacteria breeding environment.
 
 (4)regularly check the pH value of cutting fluid,and take corresponding measures in time if there is big change.
 
 (5)replenish cutting fluid in time.Since the cutting fluid will be consumed continuously due to splashing,atomization,evaporation and the carrying of processing materials and chips in the recycling process,new fluid should be added in time to ensure that the total amount of circulating fluid in the system remains unchanged.
